Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to membership and event purchases from Nomad Girls Club (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing, you (“Member”) agree to the Terms. Please read carefully before purchasing a membership or event ticket. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase.

MEMBERSHIPS

  • Memberships are offered on a yearly basis, and members may cancel their membership at any time.

  • To avoid being charged for the next payment cycle, cancellation requests must be made before the next billing date.

  • Failure to cancel in time will result in the automatic renewal of the membership for the next cycle.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once the payment has been processed.

EVENTS DROP-IN

  • Drop-in tickets for events are non-refundable. However, the member may transfer the ticket to another individual by notifying us or by asking to keep the credit for another event (member has to notify Nomad Girls Club 48h before the event to keep the credits)

EVENTS CHANGES

  • Nomad Girls Club reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If an event is canceled by us, members will be offered a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled event.

MEMBERSHIPS FEES

  • Membership fees are charged on a recurring basis, either monthly or one-time fee, depending on the plan selected.

  • By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge the relevant fees to your account until you cancel your membership.

MEMBERS CONDUCT

  • Nomad Girls Club expects all members to act respectfully during events.

  • Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in the termination of membership without a refund.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY

USE OF SERVICE

Members are encouraged to regularly attend events to maximize the benefits of membership. Access to services and events are personal to the member and cannot be shared with non-members.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee any particular outcome from membership or event attendance. Participation is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nomad Girls Club is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your use of our services.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our events may include third-party content or links. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided by Nomad Girls Club is for personal use only. Members may not share, reproduce, or distribute our content without express permission.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate memberships if any terms are violated. In the case of termination, no refunds will be provided.

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Canada.
