Our Community Guidelines

At Nomad Girls Club, we’re all about building meaningful connections in a positive and supportive environment.

To keep things fun and enjoyable for everyone, we’ve created a few simple guidelines. These help ensure that every member feels safe, respected, and valued as part of our community. Please take a moment to read through them and keep them in mind as you engage with others—whether in person or online!

1. Be Respectful: Treat everyone with kindness and respect. We’re all here to connect and support each other. If you’d like to get in touch with someone in the group, write to them privately and introduce yourself first. You may be able to find common interests and meet up at some point, but remember that not everyone has the same social skills.

2. No Spamming: This community is all about creating respectful and meaningful friendships. If you’re not getting a response from someone, it might mean that the connection isn’t the right fit—and that’s totally okay —let’s respect each other’s space and avoid sending repeated messages.

3. No Self-Promotion: This is a space for friendship and connection, not for promoting businesses. Please keep the focus on meaningful conversations. If you’re interested in networking and looking for a way to connect with other businesswomen, you can join the Nomad Girls Club Business. It’s a space where networking is allowed.

4. Be Kind: Everyone is welcome here, so let’s keep the group friendly and inclusive. If someone’s having a tough day, a little kindness can go a long way!

5. Reach Out if You Need Help: If you feel uncomfortable or have any issues, don’t hesitate to message me. I’m here to help keep the community safe and fun!

6. Feedback, Not Reviews

We really appreciate your input—your feedback guides us in crafting even more engaging gatherings. Rather than standard meetup reviews that can miss the full picture, we’ve set up a dedicated space for richer, more useful suggestions.

If there’s anything on your mind—ideas, tips, or comments—please drop me (Ngan) a WhatsApp message.

Let’s continue to keep this space supportive and positive for everyone.
I am counting on you – Thank you!
