Nomad Girls Club is a product operated by Studio Andee (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Some features are free, while others require the purchase of credits.
3. Accounts
You may use the App:

- By creating an account using your email and password
When creating an account, you agree to:

- Be responsible for activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where necessary.
4. Credits System
The App uses a credit-based system for event bookings.
- Credits can be purchased via external checkout
- Bulk purchases may include discounts
- Prices and offers may change at any time
Credits:
- Are non-transferable outside the App
- Have no monetary value
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
5. Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe through external checkout systems.
- We do not store payment details
- Payments are handled securely by the payment provider
6. No Refund Policy
All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
7. Credit Transfers
Unused credits may be transferred to other users within the App.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit or restrict transfers
- Prevent misuse or abuse of the credit system
8. Bookings
Credits can be used to book events.
- Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled
- Credits used for bookings are non-reversible

We do not guarantee:

Rewards have no monetary value.

- These events are reviewed before being displayed
- They are organized and managed by third parties (event hosts)
We do not:
- Control the execution of these events
- Guarantee their accuracy
- Accept liability for issues arising from participation
Some events may link to external pages managed by the host.
Participation is at your own discretion.

The App may send notifications if enabled on your device.
- You can disable notifications at any time
- We do not guarantee delivery or timing
12. Calendar Integration
You may choose to add events to your personal calendar.

- We are not responsible for missed events or calendar errors

- Misuse of the platform, bookings, or credit system
In such cases:

- Existing bookings may be cancelled
- Credits may be restricted or forfeited
- No refunds will be provided
These actions are taken to protect the safety and integrity of the community.

We aim to keep information accurate and up to date.
However, we do not guarantee:

- Availability
Users are responsible for verifying relevant details.
