Code of Conduct

Welcome to Nomad Girls Club!

We’re a community of adventurous, supportive, and curious women exploring the world together. To keep our club welcoming and fun for everyone, we ask all members to follow this friendly Code of Conduct.


1. Be Kind & Respectful

Use positive language. Encourage, uplift, and celebrate each other.

Listen actively. Give others space to share their stories, opinions, and ideas.

Respect differences. Our members come from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and experiences—value that diversity.

2. Embrace Inclusivity

Open arms. Everyone is welcome regardless of nationality, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or ability.

Mindful messaging. Avoid jokes or comments that could be hurtful or exclusionary.

Accessibility matters. When planning events or meetups, consider members with different needs and physical abilities.

3. Ensure Safety & Trust

Safe spaces. Report any behaviour that makes you feel unsafe or unwelcome.

Confidentiality. Respect private conversations, direct messages, and personal details.

4. Share Responsibly

No spam or self-promotion. Share your own blog or business sparingly (this is only for members)

Give credit. Cite sources or photographers when sharing articles, photos, or itineraries you didn’t create.

5. Reporting & Resolution

Speak up. If you witness or experience unacceptable behaviour, reach out to our moderators at nomadgirlsclub@gmail.com

Investigations. Moderators will look into reports fairly and confidentially.

Actions. Depending on the situation, we may issue warnings, remove content, or revoke membership to protect our community.
