Event Submission Guidelines
At Nomad Girls Club, we curate experiences that go beyond just events.
We create spaces where women feel safe, seen, and genuinely connected.
This means every event shared inside NGC is thoughtfully selected to reflect the spirit of our community.
✨ How the NGC Event Board Works
The NGC Event Board is a space where members and collaborators can share experiences with the community.
✅ Each host is responsible for:
– Their event content
– Their booking system
– The experience itself
NGC acts as a curated visibility platform, not the event organizer.
✅ What You Can Share
You’re welcome to publish your event if it:
Supports connection & experience
– Social, creative, wellness, or growth-oriented events
Is relevant to our community
– Designed for women, expats, creatives, or founders
Has a clear structure
– Includes a booking link and basic event details
🚫 What Is Not Allowed
To keep the space aligned and valuable, we do not allow:
1. Direct competing communities
– Events from other “girls clubs”. We are intentionally building a space where connections can deepen over time.
To protect this sense of belonging and continuity, we prioritize experiences that complement — rather than replicate — what NGC already offers.
2. Purely promotional or sales-driven events
– Events created mainly to sell a product/service
– MLM, recruitment, or aggressive marketing
3. Misaligned or unsafe experiences
– Events that do not align with a respectful, inclusive environment
4. Low-quality or unclear submissions
– Missing booking link

All events are hosted and managed independently by their respective organizers.
NGC is not responsible for:
– Event quality or changes
– Booking, payments, or refunds
– Individual event experiences
– Marketing
